Shipping policy

ApexSport is a dropshipping store. All orders are fulfilled and shipped directly by our suppliers.

Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days.

Delivery Time: Estimated delivery is 7–20 business days depending on the supplier's location and your shipping address. Some items may arrive in separate packages.

Tracking: A tracking number will be provided by email once your order has shipped. Please allow 2–5 days for tracking information to update.

Customs & Duties: For orders shipped from outside Norway, customs fees may apply. These are the customer's responsibility.

Lost or Delayed Orders: If your order has not arrived within 30 days, please contact us and we will investigate with the supplier.
