Returns

We accept return requests within 30 days of delivery. Please contact us before sending anything back, as return eligibility depends on the product and supplier.

How to Request a Return

Email us at alextk.5500@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll review your request and get back to you within 2–3 business days with next steps.

Refunds

If your return is approved, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

Damaged or Wrong Items

If you received a damaged or incorrect item, contact us immediately with a photo and we'll make it right.

As we work with third-party suppliers, some items may not be eligible for return. We'll always do our best to find a fair solution.
